The All In Baseball 2029 Atlas team is assembling a roster of dedicated ball players ready to prepare their game for the next level. We’re seeking the top talent on the peninsula that is looking to prepare themselves for varsity baseball.

We’re excited to announce that the 2029 Atlas Team will compete against elite competition through a full schedule of games. This summer, we’ll participate in 5 Five Tool Tournaments locally, where highlights and game film will be shared with a national audience, giving you valuable exposure.

Coaching Philosophy:

JJ is a calm and confident coach who brings a steady presence to the field. Known for his attention to detail and quiet leadership style, JJ builds strong relationships with his players by focusing on the fundamentals and consistently pushing them to be their best. His ability to connect with athletes and bring out their full potential makes him a key part of the All In Baseball staff.

Impact:
With a background in coaching at various levels, including his  role as a Sacred Heart Prep Coach, JJ brings a wealth of experience to All In Baseball. His dedication to nurturing talent and fostering a winning mindset contributes significantly to the team's growth and success.

Personal Note:
Off the field, JJ is currently pursing a Master's Degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration.

Jared Milch brings a wealth of experience and leadership to All In Baseball. As a standout left-handed pitcher at Stony Brook University, Jared played a vital role in the Seawolves' success in the America East Conference. During his Division 1 Collegiate career, he appeared in 38 games, tallying 93.2 innings pitched with 87 strikeouts. In his senior season, he posted a career-best ERA of 3.09, cementing his reputation as a reliable and competitive arm on the mound.

Currently in his second season as head coach at Terra Nova High School, Jared has already made a significant impact by building a culture centered on development, teamwork, and discipline. His coaching philosophy emphasizes preparing athletes for the next level while instilling confidence and a passion for the game.

With a proven track record as both a player and a coach, Jared’s unique insight and dedication make him a key part of the All In Baseball team. He is committed to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.
